When I researched Utah, I couldn’t help but choose the Osmond family. Their songs and seventies television show are remembered fondly by many baby boomers.

I used 26 colorful Utah tags to create this license plate guitar, and featured the record label in the center hole. I recreated the classic sixties spinner out of license plates. I enjoyed discovering the uncanny connection between the record label colors, and the matching Utah tags.

The Michigan tag is the O in Osmonds and the A in Bad Apple from their hit, One Bad Apple.
